Please use the space to let us know any particular requests for music. Please note that if booking the clarsach, repertoire is more limited (but lends itself beautifully to folk music!) Often clients like to agree on a processional (walking down the aisle), music for the signing of the register and a recessional (walking out of the ceremony) We are happy to advise on this.

Are we required to move set-up at any stage? The harp will need to be packed before moving and so there will be a small delay before starting again. There may be an extra charge for this.

Please let your event organiser at the venue know that we are coming. We will liaise with them on the day about the best positioning of our duo so as not to interfere with any other logistics. Do let us (and the venue) know if you have any particular preferences.
Payment & cancellation ; A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. An invoice for the full amount will be sent around a month before the event and should be paid (in full) one week before the wedding.
In the event of cancellation we will refund 50% of the fee (less £100 deposit) up to 1 week before event date. After that there is no refund.
Payment of deposit should be made to account no. 00748859 Sort code – 83-19-09. In paying this deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this document.
